My father suffering from brain stroke paralysis of left side (dt. 27.12. 2014). Leg some how working and he can walk but hand remain non- functional. He is complaining of pain when any movement of hand. He also can't put more pressure in the hand. He also develop a fear psychosis and got irritated and lose temper. What to do please anybody help me.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part.
Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.

Can I get paralysis if I don't treat my damaged nerve in my knee which I got from an accident, it is numb and still gives me tingly sensation. It is been an year since my car accident, at that time, the report showed small tear ligament. They told me it's gonna heal automatically, the mri reports were okay too I guess, should I get checked?

No it won't
and tingling sensation is because of sensory nerve damage.
Chek for tennels sing for nerve recovery.

I'm a new t10 paraplegic it's almost nine months and now my upper legs have like locked on my and I can't swing my legs let alone pick them up when I transfer from bed to chair etc, My question is what should I do and why is it happening, I'm still trying to set physical therapy up I have been trying to do as much as possible which hasn't been a lot since I can barely move my legs at all or pick them up.

It depends on the patient's condition, how the body respond to physical therapy treatment and moreover the exercisea to be done evey 2 hrs at home after a visit of physical therapist.
It takes around 2-3 months to be back to normal.

After paralysis if you would have tsken physicial therapy for 2 months, you would have been completely got back to normal, but as its been more than a year, it takes sometime to recover now.
Also you need to do exercises every 2hrs. for strenghening of muscles.

Im 38 years old woman. Im suffering facial paralysis for 8 yrs. As per mri scan report all are normal. recently I consulted an ayurvedic doctor. He prescribed dhanadanayadi kashaya and saaraswatharishtam. I took it for 2 months and no change in my twitching of face. Is effective and can I continue it. Or is there any other permanent cure?

Through physiotherapy facial paralysis can be completely cured within 10 days if its new but as in your case its been 8 years, it takes around 30-40 sessions to reduce palsy and also need to do faical exercises for the same.

paralysis can be caused due to several reasons, not only smoker and alcoholics get stroke but high bp is also a cause of paralysis.
Do regualr exercises every morning to keep your healthy. Take calcium rich diet.

My mother's name is roshani devi and her age is about 60 years and in december 2014 suddenly my mother had a brain stroke at night because of which her left side of the body got paralyzed since then till today she is on bed but she is unable to walk probably for many years. But since last 4 months she is not able to get up from bed because he has put on a lot of weight and eats very less food and takes medicines on time but the problem is that he has put on a lot of weight. My question is what is the best possible way to she can loose/reduce her weight, and can walk easily? What measures can be taken to cure this paralysis, please answer me with great hope.

Now also your mother can get back to normal but will take some time.
