Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Hyperhidrosis is tough to treat. It takes a multi-disciplinary team of specialists to treat it. A physician, an endocrinologist, a psychiatrist and probably a surgeon all may have a role to play. Some patients do benefit with use of anxiolytic medicines. It would be best to see a physician first and then take it from there.

Drink 2-3 liters of water daily
Use rose water/ lavender oil in bathing water
Bath in cold water
Soak 10 raisins in water and keep it over night. Take this on your empty stomach
Regular purgation therapy is needed
take 1 tsp of amla powder with ghee/ honey after taking the raisins
Practice pranayama daily.
