Hyperhidrosis can be due to pathologies or it can be linked to physiological changes like hot beverage intake. Avoid hot tea, coffee and alcohol. Medicines will not help much for this condition. Do not use perfumes and creams on your hands. There are various treatment modalities for it like ion passage, botox and even surgery.

Primary Hyperhidrosis is not due to any problem of your body system. Antiperspirant drugs just blocks the ducts pore due to which sweat can not come out. Any natural discharge or secretion of body should not be suppressed. It is your body's expression.
