Hymen once ruptured can not get back to its original shape , if someone does not have intercourse for longer duration the vaginal orifice may be tight but not get same hymen.

I will suggest you to do sexual activity from 10-20 th day of your menstrual cycle and follow up after three months.

Difficult to determine unless she is habituated to sex. Absence of hymen does not mean absence of virginity, since inadvertent tears do happen during childhood.

Hello, well if there has been a smear of sperms close to vagina for a longer period of time and not cleaned soon then theoritically there are chances of sperms travelling up through the vagina with the vaginal fluids acting as medium and can get a woman pregnant. Regards.

Hymen are of different varieties... Some gets broken even by just cycling
And some are very fixed which even after vigorous sexual activity remain intact... So cannot be said without looking at it...

Some women tend to break hymen during activities like sports, dancing, horse riding, bicycling etc. Fingering may break hymen in some cases. If you are inserting your finger into vagina, it may tear and break.

Hymen can break from penis insertion & from many other reasons also. Half insertion of penis also can break hymen. You may get some bleeding and may get little pain at vaginal opening.
