Hii, dryness of hands along with peeling of skin may be due to causes like eczema or keratolysis exfoiativa. Also excessive handwashing, exposure to chemicals, sanitizer allergy may cause excessive dryness & itching. Cotaryl cream (urea based moisturizer) twice dailly should ideally help in this condition. However for proper diagnose and treatment you must consult a dermatologist online or offline. I guess we would need to add a few more oral or topical medicines for better management of your condition.

You need help immediately and I would suggest that you meet with a counselor at once and if that person advises you to meet with a doctor, please do. Anxiety has all to do with fear and your inability (or so you would tend to think) to handle the same. Fear is based on looking too much into the future and imagining things that usually do not tend to happen (usually 90% of your fears will not happen). You need to change your perception of the fearful stimulus then you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted upon now. Accordingly, you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react with anxiety. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, the perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: the former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the latter, by exercises and proper diet. You need good sleep too. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case, fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Prayer is really powerful if you are a spiritual person. Repeat some personally framed affirmations that are geared to calming you down and building confidence. Do a personality development course too. Anything that develops you personally will be of great assistance in building resilience. Don't rely on the medication exclusively. It helps if your condition is too severe, and it helps the counselor to get your cooperation if you become difficult to cooperate.

How To Live Longer With Longer With Heart Failure?

How To Live Longer With Longer With Heart Failure?

‘Heart failure’ is a phrase that can induce fear into anyone. People usually think it is a death sentence but it is not. With proper care, you can survive with this condition and live a normal life.

What is Heart Failure?

Heart failure can happen for two reasons. The muscles of the heart cannot function properly. Either the heart cannot pump sufficient blood to the different parts of the body, or the blood flow to the heart reduces and it cannot fill with enough blood. Heart failure is the outcome of ischemic heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or excessive alcohol consumption.

Most people are not aware that there are several stages of heart failure-

Stage A- It is the pre-heart failure stage. It means that you have a strong possibility of suffering a heart failure unless you live a healthy life. Your chances increase when you or other people that you are related to by blood, have high blood pressure, diabetes or cardiac ailments.

Management of this stage of heart failure comprises-

  • Regular exercise

  • Treatment of hypertension or diabetes

  • Abstinence from alcohol and smoking

  • Sufficient sleep

  • Stress control

Stage B- It is the early stage of heart failure. Your heart is already beginning to show signs of distress.

You can manage stage B heart failure with-

  • All the measures adopted for stage A

  • Medication like enzyme inhibitor or receptor blocker

  • Surgery like coronary artery bypass or valve repairment

Stage C- In this stage, your blood flow is disrupted. You begin to display the symptoms of heart failure like breathlessness, exhaustion and swelling of the limbs. You may even suffer systolic heart failure.

To survive this stage you need to-

  • Follow all the measures adopted for stage A

  • Take the same medicines as for Stage B

  • Reduce the intake of salt and fluids

  • Monitor weight

  • Take diuretics and digoxin pills

  • Surgery such as an implantable defibrillator

Stage D- This is the most advanced stage of heart failure. It takes a lot of care, medicines and surgery to live through this stage. Treatment means-

  • All the treatment options of stages A, B and C

  • A surgical intervention like a heart transplant, implanting a heart pump or ventricular assistance devices

Heart failure in all but the last stage can easily be survived with exercise, medicines, and surgery. The last stage is the most dangerous. However, people still have a shot at life but it requires a lot of care and attention.

Hello, femilon restores the hormone fluctuations and helps with acne control, dysmenoorhea in the process. Withdrawal does lead to sever acne falring in a lot of patients. Advise you to take care of dietg and fitness first and foremost. And use prescription based sebum regulating cleansers. There are some meds that are good for hormonal acne on which you can plan pregnancy also.
