Report says as mentioned below. please suggest treatment, medicine or surgical? Other things found normal USG ABDOMEN WITH PELVIS:- Both kidneys :-Right kidney show mild hydronephrosis. Approx. 8 mm size stone seen at right mid ureter. Both kidneys are normal in size, position and echotexture. cortical medullary differentiation is normal. 6 month ago problem of mental stroke. So blood thickening medicine is taken as of now.

Delayed contrast excretion noted on right side. Right kidney -9.5 cm, left kidney -9.6 cm (CC length). Ureters: Right ureters is dilated with a calculus (+400 HU) 53 mm noted st right vesico- ureteric junction. Is this curable without surgery or Surgery is inevitable. please advise urgently.

I am 25 now. My left kidney is 85% and small.in active. Right kidney is fully active normal size and modern hydronephrosis seen through out last 6 years in several check up.in ultrasound. Uria Creatine also normal. No protein in urine. 6 years ago post void urine is 180 ml. But now it is 60 ml. 60 ml post void is normal? Such hydronephrosis is harmful for my right kidney? No vur no blockage seen in right one. Bt hydronephrosis. And post void (60 ml) neither reduce nor increase it is constant through 6 yeas in several check up. Such hydronephrosis is normal for my right kidney in future? And 60 ml post void. I take dynapres 0.4.mg and listen 50 daily. according my uroloisist. Please tell about my problem.

Less than 50 ml is OK. Less than 100 ml acceptable. But you can have a second independent opinion with another urologist. Is there any particular reason for hydronephrosis.

My left kidney is only 15 % active. Right is fully. Ok .With modern hydronephrosis. .my bp is fracturing through the day.in morning 120/82. After noon 130/85. And evening 140/86. checking time my plus is high 110. Bt normal.in normal. Time .is it safe and normal for my right kidney in future? I take losrton 50 daily.in morning. All blood report is normal. through last 5 year. I am now 25 years. Please tell my problem. And what can I do. Is this normal and safe for my right kidney.

Asked for male, 65 years old from Sonitpur

My father is aged 65 years. He is on catheter for 3 months. Significant amount of post void is observed in reports. Prostrate gland measures 27gms with median lobe indentation. Psa is 1.21 and creatinine is 1.60. He is on silodal d and betheran. The gland has shrieked after using the medicine but if catheter is removed dribbling of urine starts. Is surgery of prostrate gland required or he should use a cic catheter. He is suffering from mild bilateral hydronephrosis. We have done mcu also which shows right sided vesico ureteric reflux. Bladder is grossly distended and circumferential ub wall thickening measuring 6 mm is seen. Kindly suggest the appropriate course of action.

I am 25. My left kidney only 15%active. Due to vur. But right is fully active no vur seen only moderate hydronephrosis. Uria creatine is normal. Through out last 5 year after diagnosed my problem. My bp is at morning 124/82. afternoon 130/84 at evening 140/88. Interesting that when I cheek bp I am worried and please around 110. Even cheek it home or clinic. But in normal time please around 80. And no protein in urine .sir this range of bp is normal for me and my functioning right kidney in future? I take listen 50 mg daily. Give suggestion if this fluctuating bp is not normal for my kidney. And some tips. I am worried about my kidney. Thank you.

Asked for female, 50 years old from Pune

Kidney stone of 8 mm in right kidney was detected say 5-6 months back. Hydronephrosis was also there which went away by medicine. I am taking homeopathic medicine for kidney stone 2 times after that I did sonography n stone was reduced by 1-2 mm is it ok to go with homeopathy medicine or get the stone out by surgery I have diabetes. Post void urine means urine that is remaining in the bladder after you urinate and 60 ml is good as compared to 180 ml and as of now continue your ongoing treatment from your urologist and it is still a query that why there is hydronephrosis.

ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN: The right kidney is measuring 10. 5x4.2 cm and the left kidney is measuring 11. 3x5.1 cm. A 08 mm calculus is seen in the lower calyx of the right kidney. Another 13 mm calculus is seen in the lower calyx of the left kidney. The pelvicalyceal system appears normal. There is no evidence of any space-occupying lesion. Hydronephrosis or hydroureter in either kidney no peri-nephric collection detectable ultrasonically. The liver is of normal in size, shape and echo pattern. There is no ultrasonic evidence of a focal mass lesion. GB appears normal portal vein and CGB measure within normal limit. Bilateral renal calculi with out obstructive changes. Please I kindly request you, Dr. Javid Tahir, if you give me enough information about the above-mentioned diseases, and also what kind of medicine I must use to free released from stones and such a problem.
