I am 25 year old now. My left kidney is 85% inactive. And small modret hydronephrosis. Right kidney is fully active normal size and modern hydronephrosis seen through out last 6 years in several check up.in ultrasound. Dtp scan. Uria Creatine also normal. No protein in urine. 6 years ago post void urine is 180 ml. But now it is 60 ml. 60 ml post void is normal? Such hydronephrosis is harmful for my right kidney? No vur no blockage seen in right one.in MCU test 6 years ago. I got ultrasound in every year. And urea creatinine for check up all are normal. Bt hydronephrosis is not reduce. It is constant from last 6 year. neither reduce nor increase. Such hydronephrosis is normal for my right kidney in future? And 60 ml post void. I take dynapres 0.4.mg and listen 50 daily. As per my urologist. By bp 135/85. Please sir tell my problem. And what can I do. Give detail. M.

Respected sir, My 11 months boy baby was suffering from mild hydronephrosis since birth.In between phimosis also observed. And operation was done successfully before 20 days ago. Since tomorrow he is suffering from high fever. Today ultrasound has been done and report is showing mild hydronephrosis in left kidney. The size is as: Left kidney: 6.5 cm, right kidney :5.4 cm dated: 24/02/18. Ureter: right dilated till VUJ. LEFT:VUJ Earlier ultrasound report: dated:1 feb 18 left kidney: 6.56×2.64 cm ,Rt: 5.13 ×3.02 cm, opinion:bilateral hydronephrosis .sir, before that also scan has been done and in all cases it was showing a "mild left hydronephrosis. I am, gafoor, 52 years male, recent scan report shows that - right kidney: size 10.3 x 4.3 cms normal in size with cortical echotexture. Cmd is maintained. Mild hydroureteronephrosis is seen pelvis 14 mm. Entire ureter is dilated left kidney: size 11.4 x 5.1 cms normal in size with cortical echotexture. Cmd is maintained no calculus or hydronephrosis. Retro peritoneum and supra renal regions appear normal. Urinary bladder: distended diffuse irregular wall thickening seen no calculus prevoid 400 cc prostate: normal, size measures 2.9 x 3.7 x 4.0 cm. Volume 23 cc. Post void residual volume. 100 cc insignificant. Can you please explain more about the causes, treatment details etc?

Nonnaj hepatopedal blood flow is seen in portal vein. The spleen demonstrates normal morphology and ccbotcxture. No focal lesions are seen. The gallbladder demonstrates multiple echogenicit)' with posterior shadowing. No evidence of pericholccystic fluid. The gallbladder wall measures 2.3 mm. The common bile duct has a diameter of 4.2 mm. There was a negative sonography murphys sign. The right kidney measures 10.2 cm. The left kidney measures 11.8 cm. No hydronephrosis, renal mass or renal calculus is seen. Impression: cholelithiasis without evidence of acute cholecystitis.

My prescribed medication is Tab TRAMACET. 1.1 Tab voveran. 1.1 Tab pantop 40 mg. 1.1 Tab ofloxacin and ornidazole. 1.1 Tab paracetamol. 1.1.1 Tab B complex. 1 Tab digene. 1 Syrup .citralka 2 times daily And am using extra TAB HIMALAYA CYSTONE daily 2 Can this tablets is useful for my problem. Hello doctors, this is my USG REPORT taken on 17 February 2018 LIVER: Normal size and parenchymal echo texture. There is no focal lesion. There is no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen CBD: Normal and non-dilated GB: Normally distended. No intra-luminal calculus seen. There is no abnormal GB wall thickening or peri- GB collection seen. PANCREAS: Normal size and parenchymal echo texture. MPD is not dilated. There is no focal lesion. SPLEEN: Normal size. No focal lesion seen. RIGHT KIDNEY: Normal in size and cortical echo texture. Normal cortical-medullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis or calculus seen. LEFT KIDNEY: Normal in size and cortical echo texture. Normal cortical-medullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis: Two calculus seen at upper pole of kidney measuring 0.41 and 0.37 cm URINARY BLADDER: Normally distended. A intra-luminal calculus seen measuring 0.96 cm. There is no abnormal wall thickening seen. INTERNAL ECHOES ARE NOTED PROSTATE: Normal size and shape, Normal echo texture, calcification noted IMPRESSION: LT. RENAL CALCULUS WITH UB-CALCULUS WITH UTI. Is this very serious? What should be my next step? Please HELP.

When I check it in morning it 130 by 84 bt in night 140 by 80. It is interesting that when I check my bp I worried about my bp heart beat become too fast 120/min. Even it check home or doctor clinic. I worried. Normal time heart beat is 80 about. My question is my bp is safe for my heart and right kidney? It can create problem heart and kidney? In future for this condition. Suggest how can reduce my bp. I am much worried about my bp .(my urine bladder is neugenic. Post void urine is 50 ml right now on ultrasound report.).

ENDOMETRIUM THICKNESS IS 09 mm. After this doctor do biopsy and reports are GROSS: SEVERAL GREYISH BROWN SOFT TISSUE PIECES TOGETHER MEASURING 1.0 ml MICROSCOPIC: SECTION SHOWS ENDOMETRIAL GLANDS AND STROMA. THE GLANDS ARE INCREASED IN NUMBER AND SIZE. THESE GLANDS ARE LINED BY TALL COLUMNAR EPITHELIUM. FEW GLANDS ARE SHOWING PSEUDOSTRATIFICATION OF endometrial GLANDULAR EPITHELIUM. STROMA IS DENSE WITH ROUND TO OVAL CELLS. SCANT AREAS OF HAEMORRHAGE ARE PRESENT. TEST FOR CANCER IS ALSO DONE BUT NO THREATS FOUND. DOCTOR ASKS FOR SURGERY, I DO not WANT TO BE OPERATED.
