Adhikaansh maamalon mein isaka kaaran gyaat nahin hai. yah sankraman, soojan, chot ya aapake andakosh ke tumor ka kaaran ho sakata hai jisase taral padaarth ka nirmaan ho sakata hai jo ek haidrosele ka nirmaan karata hai. aaie uchit upachaar sunishchit karane ke lie ek vistrt charcha karen.

Kindly get yourself examined by an ultra sonologist to rule out any thing inside the scrotum. If there was or there is hydrocele , it can be taken care of. Don’t take much anxiety for that, it is a very minor and very common problem that I use to see often at your age.
