Shampoos and oils can not help or cause hairfall. Hairfall can occur due to poor nutrition, hormonal imbalance, genetic make up and damage due to lifestyle. Every person has a different cause behind the problem. In most cases supplements along with minoxidil and peptides can help. Platlet rich plasma therapy is a new technique with proven results.

Hi,

Just as the sun damages your skin, it can damage your hair, too. Saltwater and chlorine also take a toll on our tresses.
-Start summer with a trim.
-Make a daily habit of applying a hair care product that contains UV filters (these can be in spray, gel, or cream formulas). If you'll be spending lots of time outdoors, wear a wide-brimmed hat or cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside.
-It's also a good idea to try to rinse your hair after a swim.

Hi,

It's good to use hair conditioner after each shampooing as it protects the cuticle of the hair shaft from damage done by dust/ pollution/ sunrays.

You can either apply aloe vera or few drops of cocconut oil after head wash (in wet hair) on the hair length or else other options are readymade herbal conditioners like Himalaya's, Patanjali's, VLCC's, Khadi's, Forest Essential's, etc.
