Use shampoo with high moisturizer amount or milk base shampoo which will help in freezy hair. Always massage oil before you shampoo your hair. Always use conditioner after shampoo. And after that when hair are still damp use hair serum. Various brand are available specific for dry and freezy hair. Choose any of them. - pregnancy/ lactation

Hi, just relying only external applications and external intervention in the diseases all the time never brings solution to any health problem including hair even though it is external part of body, hair fall usually has under lying causes in the body, so kindly rule that out first and then go ahead with external applications like shampoo, stop head and shoulder sshampoo and use some low ph herbal shampoo, stop using conditioner during severe hair fall. To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal.
2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight.
Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet
drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day....more
