If the size is small and he is not having any problem like pain/bleeding at the time of urination no medicine is require other than to take 2-3 liters of water daily. If the stone is large causing problem, he may have to go for LASER surgery/ESWL. Consult Urologist with USG/Ct scan of abdomen report for advice and treatment.
