Do u have any pus coming out of ear or pain? from how many days u r having this problem? elaborate your history.

Listening to music at a high volume for longer period can cause hearing loss.
Sharing of earphones may cause infection, so ask the person if he is having any pain or discharge from ear before sharing his earphones and avoid sharing if he has pain or discharge from ear.
I would recommend not to share earphones which fit tightly inside ear canal which have higher chances of transferring infection.
