1. Start wid a. Amalaki rasayan powder 1 tablespoon twice a day followed by warm milk empty stomach. B. Apply keshkanti oil of patanjali ayurved on hair roots
2. Avoid direct sunlight or ac on hair. Also avoid spicy & salty food.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning

To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below:

Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons.There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled.
