Drink lot of water

Put a couple of cups of tomato juice in a bucket of lukewarm water. Soak and scrub your hands and feet in this for half an hour.

Apply baby powder/ talcum powder in your palms and feet

Tea is rich in tannins which serves as a natural anti-perspirant. Take 1-2tea bags in a cup of boiled water. Let the water cool and after this soak your hands and foot for 15-20 minute

Well , the treatment of medicine depends upon its severity. So without seeing a picture of it, I cannot prescribe you anything right now. But yes will tell you few tips to avoid pimples.
1. Eat healthy, avoid oily foods.
2. Have adequate sleep of 6-7 hours per day.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. While going out in dust, try to cover your face with cloth.
5. Apply a sunscreen of spf 30 and above while going out.

Excessive sweating could be due to
1. Anxiety, nervousness
2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, tuberculosis, gout, head injury
3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs (pregnancy, menopause)
4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases
5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc
6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.
7. Consult skin specialist for advice.

For excessive sweating of palms and soles you can take concentrated salt solution steam for symptomatic relief. No need to worry it's not a disease.
