- Do steam inhalation twice a day
- have more of warm fluids water, tea, coffee, milk & soup, avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- take tablet Cheston-C,1 tablet twice a day after meals, stop montair LC
- avoid dust ,fumes & AC environment.
