My mother has been suffering from too much cold with chaotic sneezing since almost 5 years. Almost two days in every week she suffers from cold with running nose and continuous sneezing. She is very sensitive at sweet and cold food. She does not take too much from those, and she has complete control over those things but she can not eat such once in a while at least. She gets sneezing suddenly in public if she gets some allergic smell which causes cold and sneezing, she can not have control over chaotic sneezing in public. I mean sneezing are too extreme and chaotic to control or press. She is not even used to take those allergic things which possible causes cold and sneezing. She has been under this wacky situation since minimum 4 years. And even today she stays prone to those things which causes sudden sneezing and cold. A request you to suggest us the remedy for the same so that she can get rid of such chronic cold and sneezing.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort.
Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones.
Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze.

Don’t look into the light
About one-third of people have a condition that causes them to sneeze when they look at bright lights. Even stepping outside on a sunny day can cause some people to sneeze. Known as photic sneezing, this condition often runs in families.
Protect your eyes with polarized sunglasses, and put them on before you leave the house!
5. Don’t eat too much
Some people sneeze after eating large meals. This condition isn’t well-understood by the medical community. A...more
