Don't try to board two boats at a time. If you enjoy smoking, continue to do the same but with a slight added attention.
Whenever you are about to smoke, just be aware of the whole process, right from feeling it between your fingers-putting it between your lips with attention on tobacco smell- to lighting it and most importantly being aware of smoke entering your mouth and filling up your lungs, also see the picture of smoker's lung picture on the cigarette box at the same time!

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
