Dear Vasu,
Congratulations for quitting smoking. You have managed without any withdrawal symptoms so far. Please continue to motivate yourself to say "NO" to cigarettes.
Nicotine does not stay in the body. So when you go abroad, it will not be detected.
If you are with others who smoke, the smell will stick to your cloths. It is also for sometime - definitely NOT for 3 months.

Yes it's bad, because sooner or later you will develop full dependency on these substances. It's better to stop them, else it will harm you.

Dear user. You already know, both are equally bad. Both affect different parts of body and incite cancerous cell growth. No comparison between them. Quit both of them. Take care.
