Take a hot water steam with some tulsi leaves and lemon grass

Any exposure to outside people /environment. If there is no contact check your past history. If no suspicious contacts. Then go with treatment. Please elaborate your symptoms and complaints like cought / sputum also. If yes we can go with antibiotics or else with the above mentioned complaints. Use these medication and vaporizer for 3 to 4 times a day. T. Chest on cold - twice a day after food.

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac.
