-Do not strain that is bend, lift weight or any exertion
- massage with pain relief gel 2-3 times a day
- sleep on a firm mattres
- take tablet myospaz, 1 tablet three times a day
- consult a physical therapist for back muscle strengthening exercises.

Take dashamoolarishta of dhutpapeshwara, 20 ml in warm water, after meals twice a day. Take smriti sagar rasa, 2 tabs at bed time. Cut down tea, coffee, spicy food, maida items.
