Thanks for your query. Reduce the quantity and frequency of consumption. Drink lots of water. Avoid adding lots of spices to you food. Take an antacid tablet or eno everyday. Eat atleast 2 hours before going to bed. Continue exercise. If you have any further query please ask.

If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. I will not advise any short cuts / quick fix solutions to weight loss. Your body took time to gain weight, atleast give it few months to shed.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.
Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises.
• Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily.
• Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water.

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water.
* do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju).
* drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday.
* practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.
