- fix a date on which you will quit it completely
- remove all the articles connected with it from your home or any other place where you would have kept it so that it is completely out of your reach

There is no diet to overcome smoking and drinking. But the time you feel having it. Just have pan ka patta or sweet pan that will reduce the craving. But at last it is you nly you can let you come out of this bad habits. Which will at the end destroy. Take care

Yes, there is medication to ease quitting smoking. Please consult a doctor for the same. To hate smoking here is a suggestion: keep cigarette butts in an ashtray with a little water and cover it. Dear , quitting smoking is very easy if you have will power. Just stop it and be stubborn never to touch it. Nicotine chewing gum is available in medical stores. You can use them as an alternative to reduce craving. Slowly you can reduce them too. Take care.
