Limited drinking of red wine daily is good for health but with exercise only. The benefits of red wine found in studies are all in people who do daily farmwork. Hence, just taking the red wine is not enough. Leading a healthy lifestyle is also absolutely essential. Smoking is an absolute no for maintaining good health. You will ultimately increase it further. Very few people can hold it at two per day. My suggestion if you have not smoked yet is to not start it at all.

Once in a month is ok...but why to do once in a month also..
Better not to go for it...
When we know that "Hot iron will burn us when we touch we, why to show our stupidity to touch it....?"
Better don't go for it...
Take care... :)
