i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly
1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month
at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food
2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take ? of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum.

Hello-
Your testicles are not fully grown up but still you are fertile and there is no harm in getting married. Keep a good schedule, exercise daily, eat healthy, sleep at correct time, quit addiction. You will be fine.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food.

>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
