Change your food habites.
Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets, less sugar tea end coffi. Do arobic excersices, go for fast walking on morning.
Your ideal weight is 68 to 70kg. Reduce 5 to 6kg as per height.
