Drink 2 large glasses of water as soon as you get up in the morning, take food rich in fibre content which includes pulses, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, if your constipation doesn't respond to that, effective treatment is available in homoeopathy, but make sure to clear the complaint as chronic constipation can lead to piles (hemorrhoids)
