Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
When food is taken, it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours for that food to be broken down to glucose. That is why PP blood glucose level is asked to be taken after 2 hours. So it will be higher than that shown just after half an hour. The mentioned levels are too high, can cause serious problems. Thanks.

Yes. The diabetes causes the sexual activities quite considerably. You have to blood sugar level normal that is 70fasting andpp 130 to 140 mgm/dl. Start drinking pomegranate's juices which helps growth, concentration, density of sperms and also helps erectyle dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Also maintain your weights as per your ht and wt.

To help prevent blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals, eat small portions several times a day and limit high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Your doctor also might recommend drinking caffeinated coffee or tea with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
The blood glucose values given are abnormally high. He needs urgent treatment that too with Insulin injection. Tablets (oral anti-diabetics) are not going to be beneficial. First he has to be started on Insulin for at least 3 months along with an oral drug, once a desired control is achieved, he can be shifted on to only oral drugs later. So if you are keen on getting treatment initiated online, can come in a private conversation with following details...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Fasting blood glucose 148 mg/ 100 ml is too high, signifies that he has diabetes. This needs treatment. Please check after food glucose level and HbA1c% as those values are very important. After food more than 200 mg & HbA1c% more than 6.5 5% means there is a need for regular uninterrupted treatment with appropriate drugs. Only exercise and diet is not likely to help in controlling his blood glucose levels. I hope you understand. Thanks.
