Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels. Do exercise for atleast 30 to 40 minutes.

2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm….
3) avoid coffee and tea….
A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals…
B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals…

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Avoid eating all outside food (junk, processed, oily, sweets). Eat at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water.
Use smaller plates to eat. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Exercise at least 5 days a week.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids.
The following items are deleted:-
a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney.
B) fried food items.
C) egg yolk.
D) high calorie fruits like banana.
This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.
