Liver and red meat
Green leafy vegetables

For increasing blood you should eat green leafy vegetables, dates,figs, pomegranate juice if you are non vegetarian then eat liver. Fr increasing blood circulation you have to do regular exercise and massaging that part in upward motion.

1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic).
