To increase haemoglobin in blood, I suggest you few natural things to eat.
1. Take handful of raw peanut and eat it with jaggery. 2. Take 1 cup of milk and add 5 fresh leaves of basil (tulsi) boil it up to the time when milk remains half cup. Drink it and chew that leaves.
