Lybrate-user! as stated in your description a decrease in your platelets might be a result of a persistent disorder (possibly dengue subjected to confirmation from your medical tests). However, the recovery doesn't ensure immediate increase in the platelet levels and it may take more than three days to have a significant increase - which again depends on your body and immunity. I'd suggest you to keep taking care of your diet while taking your prescribed medicines regularly.

Papaya leaves have been proven highly beneficial in treating dengue and increasing platelet count. The best way is to crush three fresh leaves without adding any fibrous parts of it to make a glass of juice and consume it as two tablespoons every six hours in a day.

It is claimed that it increases platelet count. There is no reliable proof. There is no medicine also to increase platelet count. If platelet is proved to be going down continuously, platelet transfusion is the only answer.
