Yes tinospora has its action on spleen and immunity cells so it can be used in cases of dengue. Also good hydration, intravenous fluids and citrus fruits help.
Hope this helps.

The question is not of increasing platelets but of finding out the reason of low platelet count. It can be due to infections, medicines and some other conditions. Consult me with more clinical details and investigations if available to find the reason of low platelet count.

Once the Dengue is cured platelets will return to normal. If there is severe loss PRP need to be given in a hospital setting. You have not told the reports to assess your condition fully well.

First of all you need to find out the cause and there is no need to monitor platelets regularly , unless you have any disease of platelet or any treatment like chemo. IF low there is platelet concentrate for transfusion
