Dear it seems like viral infection.
It seems your dad had fever since few days the picture above you have described is usually seen in dengue fever or other viral fever.
It would be advisable to get dengue IgG and IgM test done.
The above possibility is most likely as sgpt which suggests inflammation in liver is there.
The platelet, WBC and sgpt will all improve by themselves once fever resolves. No specific medicine is there. All patients improve .no need to worry.

Hi, the cause of low platelet count is important. Numbers are meaningless without the cause. If it's dengue then you need to monitor the platelets regularly and transfuse when less than 20000 or if bleeding present. For other causes need to treat the underlying problem.
