1.Try jumping n running early morning.
2.Practice yoga daily..talasana,trikonasana, hastpadasna,charkrasana ,suryanamaskar daily 10 min per asana.
3.Eat proteinious diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg, raw cheese soya....
3.Have 500 ml of milk daily....
4.Take 1 tab ashwgandha twice daily with milk with meals
