Hello-
Ask your husband to-
Eat plenty of fish, meat, eggs, fruits and vegetables.
Peanuts, walnuts, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are also considered to increase sperm count.
Avoid soy-based foods and high-fructose corn syrup. Soy foods have a mild estrogenic effect on the body.

Wean off highly-processed foods and eat more lean protein, healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, avocado), and zinc-rich foods such as oysters, grass-fed beef, spinach, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate. I also recommend adding more cruciferous vegetables to your diet such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens. These foods help detoxify your body from estrogenic compounds in your environment.

But this is temporary and there is no actual increase in breast tissue. In fact some of these creams can cause hormonal imbalance and severe sk...more

The uterus or womb is a strong structure that is held up by the pelvic muscles and tendons. In case that these muscles or tendons extend or get distinctly powerless, they are no longer ready to support the uterus, bringing about prolapse.
