Although I need details but it can be because of migraine. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.

I have allergies, and my eye are affected the most, they are puffy, red and itchy. What should I do?
Find out what you are allergic to and avoid it.
Mean while start tab. Levocetrizine, 1 tablet at night for 5 days. Also, if you are having eye infection, put 2 drops of ciplox eye drops 3 times a day for 5 days.
