Moles and milia have to be removed by a simple procedure. It cannot be removed with creams or home remedies. Do not self treat becuase if something goes wrong you may end up with ugly scars all your life. Rest is upto you.

But if the milia under your eyes bother you, here are some home remedies you can try: Clean and exfoliate the skin. Milia occur under the eyes due to an excess of keratin. Gently exfoliating the area with a warm washcloth may get rid of dead skin cells and help bring trapped keratin to the surface.

We all love that perfectly glowing skin that has no marks or signs of ageing like moles, tags, fine lines, dark circles and many others. However, for most of us, this remains an imaginary picture that we have in mind. What stares back at us in the mirror has some of the noted features, in various combinations. However, the desire for that blemish-free skin without any of these continues and is actually not far from reality too.

I would suggest you to use a mild/gentle cleanser for face wash, twice daily e.g cetaphil or sebamed cleansing lotion.
You may use a topical antibacterial e.g clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel just as a spot treatment for active acne or milia during day time.
At night you may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel, over the whole affected area.
Topical retinoids are antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic; therefore they help with both preexisting acne as well as prevent new acne...more
