You can use aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective.
Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.

4tabs to be chewed twice a day 1/2 an hour before meals
avoid junkfood, spicy, fried food, gram flour recipes (chanadal, chicken.
Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /per day) minimum

Milia are small epidermal inclusion cysts . Milia are totally, benign, tiny keratin-filled cysts. They form when the follicular orifice ( pore) is clogged. Milia, more commonly know as a whitehead, is a ordinary problem. It is easily treated by using a sterile small gauge needle to unroof the lesion followed by extraction of the contents. Hello. Milia has to be removed by a dermatologist through cautery or laser since creams have very little chance of treating it. You can use keracnyl facewash for oiliness of your face.
