Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated. Contact for any query.

Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is.

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 20 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.
