It is possible to reduce the double chin by exercises.1. Straight jaw jut
Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling.
Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.
Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count.
Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position.
2. Ball exercise
Place a 9- to10-inch ball under your chin.
Press your chin down against the ball.
Repeat 25 times daily

Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.

you did not get overweight in 2 months. So, do not expect to lose weight in 2 months.
Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go hig...more

- do the following:
1. Wide open you mouth, stretching your eyebrows and widening your eyes, hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
2. Pout your lips and stretch outwards, move the mouth portion left to right, ten times. Repeat ten times giving a break in between.
