Dear lybrate-user do not try any home remedies. You can use clindamycin based gel at morning and apply retinoids based cream on your face at night time with some care. Use salicylic acid based face wash. Wash your face 2 times a day.
I hope you find this information helpful.
If this does not relieve you can send me photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Exfoliate with oatmeal. Oatmeal can help get rid of dead skin cells as well as bacteria on the face that could be causing your whiteheads and blackheads. Create a face mask using oatmeal and yogurt, and let it sit on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and repeat twice a week.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. You can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the the oil, whiten and moisturise your skin. Blackheads may have to be removed mechanically or peels need to be done.
