1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily
2. Apply volini gel twice daily
3. Give warm compress locally
4. Take rest

If the stiff neck is spontaneous, then there is a good chance that it will go off by itself after few days if the stiff neck is resultant of trauma, you need to have proper evaluation I would advice you to 1. Avoid driving 2 wheelers
2. Avoid using pillows 3. Avoid bending neck down for long periods of time for one week in all probability, you will find stiff neck gone if the problem still persists, please get back to us.
