Back pain and neck pain & stiffness is common in your proffesion as teachers remain always in forward head posture all the time due to their job demand. Which cause back and neck pain and stiffness of same.
To relieve it you need to correct your posture and make your joint mobile and muscles stong and flexible. I advice you to consult nearby physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will assess you and suggest you an exercise which will help you.
