bad breath can be due to deposit of plaque and calculus on teeth, dry mouth, throat infection, regular n increase consumption of tabacco, cigarette, alcohol, caffeinated drinks like tea or coffee.
use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. increase your water intake n take it at regular intervals. check for any throat infection or stomach upset. reduce your intake of caffeinated drinks n alcoholic beverages n aromatic foods like onions and garlic.

Brushing for 3 to 4 minutes is enough. Kindely do not exceed time. Use tongue cleaner also. And use clorhexidine mouth washes. If it still persists Visit a dentist and get Scaling done. It could be due to deposits in mouth.

Dear check for you gums condition and deposit over tooth surface if they seems to be fine then it could be related to systemic as you have written when you sneeze it increases it may be due to throat or other systemic get an ent opinion apart from dentist consultation.

You can go for warm saline gargles and rinsing after every meals. Do jal neti regularly in the morning for at least 1 week to 10 days.
Take limcee tablets 2 tab three times a day for 2 weeks.
Apply turmeric paste on gums once or twice a day.
