I advise you to meditate and avoid masturbation.
Strictly avoid that triggers which compel you to do masturbation like porn, friends and privacy etc.
Do regular yoga and aerobics.it will definitely help you.
Healthy diet like fresh fruits dry fruits specially dates almonds anjeer etc.
avoid fish egg & chicken strictly.

I am suffering from severe head pain I can't control the pain how can I control it say the solution.
1. Take paracetamol 500mg, 1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
