You can start with 20 minutes meditation during the day. Whenever you are free you can choose it. Take a dairy and write things that are disturbing you. Every thing should be in series. Do it in a proper sequence for a week. Than see are they really bothering you or is it something else.

I am suffering from severe head pain I can't control the pain how can I control it say the solution.
1. Take paracetamol 500mg, 1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Take adequate rest
4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours
