hypertension being a silent killer, usually shows no symptom but if you feel dizziness, headache with facial flushing & feeling unwell ,you should go alert. Go for a walk in the morning to regulate blood circulation to combat your bp.

Getting easily agitated and angry is not only troublesome for you, but harmful for relationships. Your underlying cause can be unraveled by a competent counselor/doctor.
Do not expect that with time this will disappear on its own. It can only aggravate with time. Either meet a counselor personally or at least seek consultations on phone at the earliest.

Anger is a healthy emotion if expressed in an appropriate manner. It helps to protect your personal boundaries and indicates that some of your needs are not being met. Your anger over small issues suggests that you have become habitual to it and need anger management. When you get angry and violent then you are suppressing someone else by showing your power and that is counter productive and anti social behaviour. Please take counselling sessions to take control of your anger.

Dear , anger and aggression are emotions. You must know what is emotional intlligence and how important emotional intelligence. Emotional quotient measures a person emotional management ability and total emotional intelligence. I suggest you to take an eq test. Controlling emotions are not advised. Dear lybrate user, Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. You can start with 20 minutes meditation during the day. Whenever you are free you can choose it. Take a dairy and write things that are disturbing you. Every thing should be in series. Do it in a proper sequence for a week. Than see are they really bothering you or is it something else.
