Apart from this, if there are some stressors like family issues, love issues, or stress at the office, which you are finding difficult to handle, you need to share them with either your friends or family and try to sort out the things with them. Make sure your work is not affected. In case your problem is slowly affecting your work, then probably you need some professional help.
