if you feel to sleep in noon I would say take a nap of 20 minutes after your lunch. Nap taken after lunch is very useful and the remaining day will be very energetic. But remembernap should not exceed 40 minutes. After that wash your face and study, the best posture to study is" sukhasana" never study on bed, you might fall asleep. I don't think this is laziness, it probably is lethargy from depression. Trying to sleep during the day will only complicate the biorhythm and give you more trouble to sleep. Meet with a counselor and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor please do that too. You must cooperate with both therapies to get maximum gains.
