I don't think this is laziness, it probably is lethargy from depression. Trying to sleep during the day will only complicate the biorhythm and give you more trouble to sleep. Meet with a counselor and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor please do that too. You must cooperate with both therapies to get maximum gains.
