Almond butter : 1 tbsp.

3) CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA :-
Chocolate protein powder : 2 scoop
Banana : 1 large
Peanut butter : 2 tbsp
Spinach : 1 cup
Dark cocoa bits or powder : 1 tbsp
Water, milk or yoghurt : 1 1/2 cup
4) MANGO AND TART CHERRY :-
Vanilla protein powder : 1 scoop
Chopped mango : 1 cup
Frozen tart cherries : 1/2 cup
Tart cherry juice pure : 1/2 cup
Coconut water : 1 cup
Ice cube : 4+
5) SWEET AND SIMPLE APPLA AND BANANA :-
Vanilla protein powder : 1 scoop
Banana : 1 large
Apple sliced : 1
Milk : 1 cup
Cinnamon : as per taste
Ice cubes : 4+
6) BLACKBERRY BRAIN BOOSTER :-
Vanilla protein powder : 1 scoop
Blueberries : 1 cup
Low-fat cottage cheese : 1/2 cup
Walnuts : 1 cup
Flaxseed meal : 2 tbsp

8) WATERMELON BREEZE :-

9) COOKIES, CREAM AND AVOCADO :-

Avocado : 2 to 3 ounces

10) BANANA HONEY SPIRULINA SHAKE :-

Honey : 2 tsp
